This multi-device family includes:
- SIGMA Lite: A slim and powerful touch fingerprint device to equip door frames and mullions, server rack door or turnstiles. It simply guides users with a LED indicator.
- SIGMA Lite+: Engineered with the same attention to detail and performance as SIGMA Lite, but with additional extended features thanks to its 2.8” touchscreen.
- SIGMA Wide: Undoubtedly the most flexible fingerprint biometric scanner. With a 5” touchscreen, it is ideal for displaying content and promoting corporate branding.
- SIGMA Extreme: Designed for harsh environments and weather conditions, this touch fingerprint device provides an IK09 protection for outdoors installation in labour-intensive sites and extreme use cases thanks to its unique patented fingerprint sensor.
Embedded with IDEMIA’s latest advances in the use of Artificial Intelligence, these two ergonomic biometric readers work efficiently with wet, dry, dirty hands or even damaged fingerprints. In addition, the card reader of MorphoWave™ natively supports HID Prox, iClass, MIFARE, DESFire, and mobile access control solutions. It is also capable of scanning printed QR codes for visitor management.

Security and privacy
SIGMA devices provide fake finger detection and prevent duress finger authentication for maximum security. Their integrated tamper switch, database encryption, and secure communication protect data privacy. Storing the biometric data on a smart card is also possible.

Each product is designed for a unique deployment and management model. Besides their biometric scanners, they are embedded with card readers to support Prox, iClass®, MIFARE®, MIFARE DESFire® and PIN codes.
